Cancellations and Refunds
How to cancel
To cancel your package, send a written request by email to contact@luxvacationdeals.com within 30 days of purchase. In your email, include all of the following so we can process your request accurately:
- Your customer or client identifier (customer ID or client code)
- Purchase date
- Reason for cancellation
You may also email support{{ $apexDomain }} for assistance; please use contact@luxvacationdeals.com as the primary address for formal cancellation requests.
30-day window and refunds
Cancellation requests received more than 30 days after the purchase date will not be accepted. Refunds are only available when a valid cancellation is requested within that 30-day window. We cannot process refunds for requests made after this period.
Package purchases and payment
Single purchases are sold as a single package. Once a package is purchased, the full amount is due upfront. Packages are not offered on installment plans. This keeps pricing and fulfillment clear and transparent.
