Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, booking flows, Vacation Deals / credits program, and related services (collectively, the “Services”) offered by or on behalf of Lux Vacation deals (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Cancellations and Refunds policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least eighteen (18) years old and able to form a binding contract. If you use the Services on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

2. Vacation Deals program

The Services may allow you to purchase Vacation Deals or similar credits that represent prepaid accommodation value or access toward participating stays and offers under the then-current program rules. Program scope, destinations, suppliers, and promotional bundles may change. Marketing descriptions on our Sites (including savings examples or “up to” percentages) are illustrative; actual pricing, taxes, resort fees, and availability are determined when you complete a reservation for specific dates and properties—not at the time you purchase a deal package unless expressly stated at checkout.

3. Not a real-estate or timeshare sale

Standard online purchases of Vacation Deals do not obligate you to purchase real estate or a timeshare interest. Optional offers that include tours or ownership components, if any, will be disclosed separately at checkout with their own terms.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the program, or present fraud risk.

5. Payments

Prices are shown in the currency indicated at checkout unless stated otherwise. You authorize us and our payment processors to charge your selected payment method. Deal packages are typically sold as a single package payment (full amount due when you purchase), subject to the offer shown at checkout. You agree to pay all charges, including applicable taxes we are required to collect on the sale of the package where applicable.

6. Credits, balance, and redemption

• Credits or deal balance are administered according to program rules in effect at redemption.
• Lodging taxes, tourism levies, resort/property fees, and similar charges are typically assessed when you book travel dates and confirm a reservation—not folded into promotional headlines.
• Redemption is subject to inventory, blackout dates, minimum stays, and supplier rules.
• Unless stated otherwise for your specific offer, credits are intended to remain available while the program is offered and your account remains in good standing; we may modify or sunset program features with reasonable notice where required by law.

7. Transfers and gifting

Where permitted, you may transfer or gift credits to friends and family subject to fair-use limits, monitoring, and fraud prevention. Transfers are for gifting—not resale. We may decline transfers that appear commercial or abusive.

8. Third-party suppliers

Stays may be fulfilled by independent hotels, resorts, property managers, or tour operators. Their policies (check-in, identification, deposits, cancellation, conduct rules) apply. We are not liable for acts or omissions of third-party suppliers beyond what applicable law requires.

9. Marketing incentives

Complimentary or add-on incentives (such as dining certificates or coupons) may be offered on selected campaigns. Details, participating merchants, and expiration—if any—are stated at checkout or in your order confirmation. Such incentives are separate from room pricing; lodging taxes and fees still apply as disclosed at booking.

10. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation and refund rights for purchase of Vacation Deal packages are described in our Cancellations and Refunds policy. Travel reservations themselves are also governed by the supplier’s rate rules shown before you pay for those dates.

11. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to misuse the Services, including by scraping, circumventing security, submitting false information, reselling credits outside permitted rules, or initiating improper chargebacks. We may restrict access and cooperate with law enforcement or payment networks as appropriate.

12. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES AND PROGRAM ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION OR THAT ANY PARTICULAR PROPERTY OR RATE WILL BE AVAILABLE.

13. Changes

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and revise the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law. Material changes may require additional notice where required by applicable regulations.
