Accommodation. Your purchase adds Vacation Deals balance toward eligible accommodation redemptions under the then-current Vacation Deals program—not airfare or extras unless explicitly stated.
Taxes & fees. When you complete a reservation, applicable taxes, tourism levies, and property charges are calculated for your stay dates and destination and charged at booking.
No expiry; transfers. Vacation Deals remain available while the program is offered. You may transfer deals to another user in your organization subject to monitoring and monthly limits. Transfers are for gifting, not resale.
Program changes. Fulfillment uses then-available partners and destinations. If an offer changes, we will use commercially reasonable substitutes where required.
